In her words
I started in the hospital. Nature did the rest.
As a nurse I worked in intensive care, cardiology, surgery, the operating room and even flight medicine. I saw the best that science can do… and I also understood that science is never final. One day I caught myself counting the years to my retirement, well before forty. That is when plants, and then Ayurveda, came into my life, and an extraordinary world opened up: nature and everything it gives us.
I left the city for a farm, planted gardens of medicinal plants there and created my oils. I wrote, produced and hosted three seasons of the television show Santé ! La Vie !, then my books came out with Éditions de l'Homme, and two of them became best-sellers. What I do on stage is what I do on television and in my pages: simplify the knowledge that lets us cultivate health and vitality every day, and make it accessible to everyone. I deeply believe that each of us is unique, and that the body is made to regenerate.
